Who sees the record
Accuracy and distribution, both decided in advance.
Settlement discussions are often held on a without-prejudice basis, and board matters can be commercially sensitive. For meetings like these, who receives the record matters as much as its accuracy: you name the recipients before work starts, and the record goes to no one else.
Handling
| Point | Arrangement |
|---|---|
| Access | One transcriber, unless you agree otherwise in writing. |
| Transfer | A named-recipient Microsoft 365 link or your own secure system. Never this website or an ordinary email attachment. |
| Non-disclosure | An agreement signed before you send source material, if you need one. It adds to the handling terms rather than replacing them. |
| Removal | Working files leave active storage at the point you agree. Provider recovery copies may remain briefly before automatic deletion. |
