For settings that require presence in the room. In-person bookings may involve a travel cost, which is always confirmed with you before the booking is accepted — no travel charge is ever applied automatically.
Duration and pricing
Sessions are arranged in 30-minute increments. Pricing is hourly, and the total for your requested duration is confirmed in writing before anything is charged.
Every booking is submitted as a request. Availability, scope and any in-person travel arrangements are reviewed, and the booking is confirmed in writing. Payment arrangements are agreed as part of the written confirmation.
How a request works
- Choose remote or in-person attendance.
- Enter your preferred date and start time in the quote form.
- Include the expected duration.
- Include the meeting type and any logistics.
- Review the written scope and price before confirming.
Every request is reviewed for scope, availability and any conflict considerations. A session is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation.
In-person bookings may be subject to travel costs. Any applicable travel charge will be confirmed before the booking is accepted.
