How to use it
- Fill in the meeting details, and list everyone present with the initials you will use for them.
- Give each contribution its own numbered line, with the speaker’s initials. Write down what was said, not your view of it, and put exact words in quotation marks.
- Note breaks on their own line, for example ‘Adjourned 10:42’ and ‘Resumed 10:55’.
- Sign the statement at the end once the notes are complete.
