Service — Investigations
Investigation records that hold up to scrutiny.
Workplace, regulatory and internal investigations turn on what was actually said. The record has to be accurate, attributable and complete.
What this service covers
Transcription of investigation interviews, fact-finding meetings and witness accounts, from recordings supplied under agreed transfer arrangements. Question-and-answer formatting preserves the structure of the interview, so that each answer can be read against the question that produced it.
Where an investigation involves several interviews, consistent formatting and speaker labelling across the set makes cross-referencing straightforward when findings are drawn together.
Recordings are never uploaded through this website. Transfer is arranged directly, on terms agreed before the assignment begins.
Q&A formatting
Interviews laid out as question and answer, with interruptions and clarifications preserved where they matter.
Consistent attribution
Interviewers, interviewees and companions labelled consistently across a set of interviews.
Verbatim options
Full verbatim where the exact wording matters; intelligent verbatim where readability is the priority.
Disclosure-ready
Clean, paginated documents suitable for inclusion in investigation reports and bundles.
