How to request it

  1. Send a non-confidential outline through the request form: your name, your organisation if any, the upcoming requirement and the transcript style you want to assess.
  2. If the request is accepted, you agree the extract, transfer method, handling and return date in writing.
  3. Send the agreed extract by the method provided. The sample comes back in the agreed format.

Do not attach a recording, or include confidential, evidential or sensitive third-party material, in your first message.

Who it is for

Prospective clients with a genuine upcoming transcription requirement: one sample per person or organisation, subject to suitability and availability. Requests can be declined.

The sample does not replace a paid assignment and does not include live attendance. Receiving one does not commit you to anything, or hold availability for later work.

Live note taking

A live session cannot be trialled. Instead, you can discuss format, logistics and pricing in an introductory consultation; keep your outline non-confidential.
