Service — Electronic Notetaking

A live record, typed as it happens.

Electronic notetaking produces a written record in real time, in the room or remotely — useful precisely where recording is impossible, impractical or unwelcome.

How it differs from transcription

Transcription works from a recording after the event. Electronic notetaking works live: a professional notetaker types the record as the meeting happens, capturing speech at up to 160 words per minute. There is no audio file to create, transfer, store or delete — which is often the point.

Founder Lee Tarusov has provided electronic notetaking across more than one hundred confidential meetings and live sessions, including settings where the notetaker is the only record of the meeting.

No recording required

Suitable for meetings where recording is not permitted or not appropriate.

Remote or in person

Delivered by video link, or on site where the setting requires presence.

Access support

Live text supporting deaf and hard-of-hearing participants in meetings and hearings.

Immediate availability

The typed record exists the moment the meeting ends, with review and formatting to follow.

Live electronic notetaking can be requested for a chosen date, time and duration, with remote and in-person attendance options.
